William Arnold's Story
William Arnold Baker is a resident of Rancho Palos Verdes, California. After leaving Fremont he received BA & MS degrees from CSULA, and an MS degree from Pepperdine University. After a thirty five year career he retired as Chief of the Detective Division of the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department.

ulting firm. He has also served as a member and chairman of the board of the West Basin Municipal Water District. In 2005 Governor Schwartzeneger appointed him to the California State Dental Board, on which he served for five years.
Bill's current activities consist primarily of participating in Master's athletic competition, primarily racquetball, in which he has won several national titles, travel, mixed martial arts, and jazz events.
